WORKING FOR GOD
Luke Chapter11, verses 14-23
The Kingdom of God has come to you
Think about this
Jesus cured a man who was mute (could not speak) and when the people saw this they said, "The devil helped him do it!" Jesus explained that what he did was the work of God, and then he told them: " The kingdom of God has come to you here and now." When we do good things for others, it is the work of God and we experience a bit of what its like to be with God. When we hurt others.we do the opposite.
Think about this message today. Can you follow Jesus this way?
EXERCISE
Run three laps around your yard or house (if its safe),andn as you run, say ,"God is with me here and now.
PRAYER
Before you go to bed, say this prayer:
Dear Jesus, you healed the man who was mute. How awesome you are! Please heal me, too.
Now spend two minutes( more if you can )talking to God in your own words.
