Do this in memory of me.

Think about this
Today is Holy Thursday. We call it "holy" beecause it is the day Jesus asked us to remember him each time we gather in prayer. He asks us to remember that we share his body and blood through the bread and wine at Mass, and we do this to remember all the good things he did for others. When we " remember,"we are better able to do as Jesus did . Today is a special day for remembering Jesus.

Think about this message today . Can you follow Jesus this way?

Do thirty sit-ups, and you do them say: "Help me to follow you, Jesus!"

Prayer
Sit at the table after school with a glass of juic e and say this prayer:
You are always with me, Jesus. Help me to remember your words and deeds, so I may follow you.
Now spend two minutes ( more if you can) talking to God in your own words.
